The staff were helpful and attentive. My room was close to the golf course. I liked the garden room's quality, space, and cleanliness. The hotel's location outside the city center was convenient for shopping and travel throughout the area.

the junior suites offered significant space and thorough cleaning.
I was displeased by the subpar service encountered at the outdoor eating area. Staff ignored my family repeatedly. the manager's intervention did not rectify the situation. the food i consumed subsequently caused severe food poisoning. i experienced vomiting both at the hotel and during my flight home, and i continue to suffer from this illness.

the room was clean. BUT the entrance ambiance was very inviting.
I was disappointed with the food quality and buffet choices. The evening street food themed buffet did not reflect the theme at all. the breakfast buffet also was not great. the rooms are now somewhat dated, but clean.

Fantastic Golf Resort Getaway!

I really enjoyed the beautiful views across the grounds. It gave a sense of tranquility! The staff had an amazing hospitality ethos, and. The breakfast really was amazing, a wonderful way to start the day with such cute staff.
I did notice that there were fewer staff around compared to previous stays! This change impacted the bar and restaurant offers. Generally, there was less available. I hope they can address this to enhance the overall experience.

The gym had a wide selection of modern equipment that met my fitness needs. The pool area featured comfortable loungers plus a shaded section; I really appreciated that. The golf shop in reception was a convenient addition!

The hotel had a great location, near to Yas Marina and the main city centre. It only took a short taxi ride to reach many key attractions. This made exploring really convenient and fun!

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile; I liked that. Concierge services assisted with bookings and recommendations; they were invaluable. The housekeeping kept everything spotless and tidy!
